1. When will my order ship?


Orders ship within 3-5 business days.
All orders placed before 12 noon will be processed the same day and orders received after 12 noon will be processed the following business day.

* If your order requires a design with custom hand-painted sparkles or it is an unusually busy time of year (December Holiday Season), it may take longer to ship your order. If you have a question about the timing of your order, please send us an email at orders@bonniemarcus.com.

2. What if I need my order faster?


We offer a Rush Service of 1-2 business day processing for an additional charge of $14.00 for 1-2 items. Holiday Rush Service is $25 for 1-2 items. (All items on your order must ship to the same address.) Additionally, you can choose an upgraded shipping method when you check out. Please note that if you choose to upgrade your shipping, your order will arrive based upon the day it is scheduled to ship from our facility, not the day the order was placed.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

4. Do you offer corporate or large volume discounts?


Yes, we are happy to provide corporate and volume discounts. Please send us an email at orders@bonniemarcus.com or call our office at 203.341.0701 x210 and speak to one of our customer service representatives for further information.

5. Do you offer other discounts?


Yes! We are pleased to offer our customers promotional discounts throughout the year. Please join our mailing list and become a fan on Facebook to receive notification of our upcoming offers.

6. Do you ship outside the United States?


Yes! If you would like your order shipped outside of the United States, please call our customer service department for shipping rates or send an email to orders@bonniemarcus.com with your request for shipping information. Please include your complete shipping address, the item number and quantity that you would like to purchase.

7. What if I need to change or cancel my order?


Once your order has been submitted, there is a $5 fee to make a change or cancel your order. If the order has already been printed or processed, you will not be able to cancel the order. Please make sure you are satisfied with your selections before submitting an order.

8. What if I need to return my order?


Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns, as our product is “made to order.”

9. What if there is an error with my order?


It is important that you carefully check the text on personalized orders and the contents of your purchase before submitting your order.  We are not responsible for incorrect text or merchandise.

If a mistake is made on a custom printed order, we will be glad to reprint your order and apply a 25% discount.  (The discount does not affect cost of shipping.)

If there is a printing error on our part or if you receive incorrect merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department within 5 days of receiving your order so we may reprint and ship the correct items to you.  Items that need to be reprinted due to our error are printed at no cost to you.

10. How do I check the status of my order?


To check the status of your order, you can login to your account with My Account or Order Status at the top of our homepage.

11. Can the hand-sparkled cards go through my printer?


YES! 99% of our customers print on sparkled cards. We suggest a top loading inkjet printer for the best results.
